Mostly B’s: The Goal Getter (Conscientiousness)   Structure is your superpower.   You feel most successful when you can see your progress.  Focus on progressive programs and track your metrics: weights lifted, minutes moved, or total steps.  

Mostly C’s: The Zen Seeker (Neuroticism)   For you, movement is the ultimate stress-reliever.   You likely prefer solo activities like swimming, cycling, or private training sessions.   Try journaling your mood before and after to see that stress melt away.
