Ingredients

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

4 cups baby spinach

Sea salt & black pepper (to taste)

3/4 cup artichoke hearts (jarred, drained & chopped)

4 oz mozzarella cheese, grated

1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)

2 pieces naan
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.

Heat oil in a pan over medium. Add garlic, cook 1–2 mins. Add spinach, season, and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.

In a bowl, mix spinach and artichokes.

In a separate bowl, mix mozzarella and cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread cheese mixture on naan. Top with spinach-artichoke mix.

Bake for 12–14 mins or until golden and bubbly. Cool slightly, slice, and serve.
