  • 1 medium leek, julienned

  1. Melt the butter over medium heat in a large pan. Add the garlic and chicken. Cook for about five minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. Break up the meat as it cooks. Season generously with salt and pepper.

  2. Add the cabbage, Brussels sprouts, and leeks. Stir until all ingredients are combined. Cook for around five minutes until the vegetables start to soften. Stir often.

  3. Stir in the spinach and orange juice. Cook for about three minutes, or until the spinach wilts.
